1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on 789jl, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature or service of the Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not create an account or participate in any gaming activities offered by 789jl.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on the Website.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register for and use 789jl services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform and placing bets.
• Online gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 789jl complies with applicable local laws.
• You must not be employed by 789jl, any affiliated company, or any game provider whose products are offered on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from using 789jl or any other online gaming platform.

789jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. You may be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or other acceptable form of identification before you are permitted to withdraw funds from your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.2 Account Registration and Security

When registering for a 789jl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to keep your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds in your account.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 789jl. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify 789jl customer support immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

3.1 Deposits

789jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, over-the-counter deposits at authorized payment centers, and cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level.

All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. 789jl does not store your payment card details or access your bank account credentials. You authorize 789jl and its payment processing partners to charge your selected payment method for the deposit amount you specify.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or bank processing delays occur, deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to appear in your account. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of payment.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 789jl account at any time, provided that you have met all applicable wagering requirements, your account is fully verified, and you have complied with all Terms and Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership before your withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) to six (6) hours.

789jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) or where suspicious activity is detected. Such enhanced checks may extend processing times up to seven (7) business days.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

3.3 Fees and Charges

789jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, or cryptocurrency network) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

789jl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus or promotion before opting in or claiming it.

Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements typically range from twenty (20x) to forty (40x) times the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

789jl reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, engaging in arbitrage betting, using automated betting systems, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions without genuine gameplay.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined without explicit authorization from 789jl.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 789jl are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. 789jl is not liable for errors you make when placing bets.

If a game malfunctions, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided, and the stakes will be returned to Players' accounts. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of 789jl management, in consultation with the game provider if necessary, shall be final and binding.

789jl uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 789jl or any other party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence systems to place bets
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting across different gaming platforms
• Money laundering or using 789jl for any illegal financial activities
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks without just cause, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud
• Abusive behavior toward other Players or 789jl staff
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform

789jl employs sophisticated fraud detection and prevention systems. Any suspicious activity will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action will be taken, including account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

789jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide various tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts for specified time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to prevent prolonged gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from using 789jl for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

All responsible gaming tools can be accessed and configured through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately; increase requests are subject to a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours to allow for reflection. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be immediately closed for the duration you specify. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place bets. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. If you attempt to create a new account during self-exclusion, the new account will be closed immediately upon detection.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 789jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of 789jl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

The 789jl trademark, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of 789jl. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any 789jl trademarks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as incidental to normal web browsing.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 789jl Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 789jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

789jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 789jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall 789jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your 789jl account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

789jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities
• We determine that your account poses a security risk
• You request account closure

Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided (unless already determined), and your account balance will be returned to you minus any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to 789jl. Bonus funds and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited.

If your account is closed due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, 789jl reserves the right to retain any funds in your account to cover potential liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from your breach.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 789jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact 789jl customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the complaint to management.

As 789jl operates under PAGCOR license, disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation or adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Waiver

No waiver by 789jl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 789jl to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 789jl. 789jl may freely assign these Terms and Conditions without restriction.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and 789jl concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and 789jl.
